Community teamwork learning new technologies. Monthly 3hr meetups to play, build and learn with like-minded people.
> > 1st Hour - free access to play with a variety of maker & communication technologies. Build a project with a buddy using 3D printers, LEGO Mindstorms robotics, microcontrollers, Internet of Things (IoT) networking, virtual and augmented reality.
> > Next 2 Hours - paid classes led by local Digital Mentors, with all hardware provided thanks to WA State Government grant funding.
> > Open to anyone willing to follow short simple courses for an hour in teams of 2, getting hands-on with BBC micro:bit microcontrollers or Raspberry Pi computers. No prior experience with electronics required but some knowledge of coding preferred.
Multiplayer games consoles, puzzles, books and comfy couches available for family or friends waiting for each class to finish.
