Ian Lester, Senior Principal Developer, Nomura will talk about planning for a kdb+ implementation on AWS. He will give a high-level overview of the planning process for implementing a kdb+ application in AWS, and will discuss key issues he has come across relating to EC2 and data migration.

Peter Williams, AWS Global head of financial services partner technology will talk about kdb+ and cloud adoption in financial services. He will describe the cloud adoption journey for financial institutions and highlight new services in AWS that will deliver business value to our kdb+ users.
