Why not improve language skills together while playing sports?
Details
Hi everyone! We are a brand-new Crossminton sports club. We’ve started playing on Sundays and Friday nights as well.
For our new Sunday sessions, we’re planning a more recreational day. The first part will be playing short tennis (do you know this sport? I don’t!), followed by Crossminton.
We want to create an international atmosphere in our club. Why not improve our language skills together while playing sports?
Feel free to contact us for more details.
English: friendly.
French: available.
---------general information below---------
Have you ever heard of this sport? Crossminton, or Speedminton, is a relatively new racket sport that combines elements of badminton and tennis.
Speedminton - Youtube
We use a “speeder,” similar to a badminton shuttle, on a court that is half the size of a tennis court.
There is no net—so is it easy? Not at all.
With a 12.8 m distance to the opposing court, Crossminton requires precision and control.
If you’re mainly looking to meet lots of people, we might not be the right match. But if you want to enjoy playing full of the court time, we could be a good fit.
- **The entry fee is ¥500
- Crossminton Rental racket for ¥200 per session.
- ***** Don’t forget your gym shoes *****
***English-friendly, French available and of course Japanese !
Let’s play!!!
