Arabian food cooking lesson!

Details
This will be a delicious cooking lesson held in English!
Arab cuisine is a rich combination of flavors, textures and aromas and one of the most delicious cuisines in the world. Using grains, seasonings, vegetables and herbs, we will enjoy a rich gastronomy that represents many cultures.
We've chosen Arabic dishes with ingredients that can be found anywhere.
Lesson menu:
Kibbeh: it is a dish made of bulgur (cracked wheat), minced onions, and finely ground lean beef with delicious spices.
Tabbouleh: it is a vegetarian dish (sometimes considered a salad) made of tomatoes, finely chopped parsley, mint, bulgur, and onion, and seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
Labaneh: it is a yogurt that has been strained to remove its whey, resulting in a thicker consistency than unstrained yogurt, preserving sour taste. Also it contains olive oil and pink pepper.
