Come learn from a legit Greek descendent how to make the most delicious and famous Greek dishes!
This time we will teach you how to prepare the traditional Moussaka (μουσακάς; the eggplant lasagna-like dish), tsatziki (τζατζίκι: made of salted strained yogurt mixed with cucumbers, garlic, olive oil and mint) and of course, souvlaki (σουβλάκι: lamb, pork or chicken dices with vegetables grilled on skewers).
Come enjoy learning how to cook these amazing dishes while enjoying great conversation and Greek music.
The lesson will be held in English!
What to bring: Apron and Tupperware for leftovers.
Cost: 3,000 yen (Material and facility usage fee) - in cash on the day of the event.
Pre-payment will not be required, but we kindly ask you to be respectful of our group and do not cancel your RSVP after the deadline, since that would generate loss and waste for the club. Thank you!
