Around Kyoto part 2 (of 9) Inari

This hike is 4-5 hours long. With elevations of about 500 meters.

Meeting point is JR Inari Station on the Nara line. Main exit

Meeting time is 09.45 and we start walking at 10.

There is a convenience store at the meeting point.

There is a station with a similar name nearby. Please check carefully that you are at the right station.

The route

We pass Fushimi Inari area and then branch off to hike along the Higashiyama trail.

We'll take a break at Shogun-zuka and finish near Higashiyama station.

Finishing point is the LAWSON near Higashiyama station. This is the starting point for the next hike.

Due to the length of the hike, only 15 people can participate. Please only sign up when you really intend to come.

1000 Yen
Participation is 1000 yen. Please pay in cash upon arrival.

Guests are welcome
Yes, you can bring a guest. Signing up for one person is enough to participate. Guests also pay the 1000 yen.

What to wear?
Please wear closed shoes. Sneakers are fine for this hike. Dress comfortably. Wear a backpack. NO hand- or shoulder bags.

What to bring?
Bring plenty of water, snacks and a packed lunch.
