Shogunzuka hike🥾 and Cafe🍵☕

Join us for a casual hike with beautiful views and friendly people!
It’s a perfect chance to enjoy Kyoto’s scenery, get some fresh air, and make new international friends. 📸☺️🌿

We’ll hike up to the Shogunzuka Mound (将軍塚) viewpoint for a great panoramic view of Kyoto.👀

After enjoying the view, we’ll head back down to Maruyama Park (near Yasaka Shrine) and then relax at a café in the Gion area for some drinks and friendly conversation.🍵☕
(The café will be chosen based on the number of participants.)

The entire hike takes about 2 hours and is beginner-friendly — perfect for anyone who wants a light outdoor adventure! 🥾

Meeting Point: Subway Higashiyama Station ticket gate
Time:
🕐 1:00–3:00 PM — Hiking (includes a break at the viewpoint)
☕ 3:00–4:00 PM — Café time in Gion area
💰Fee: Free(Please bring money for the café.)
🥾Bring: Comfortable walking shoes
💡 Notes
・The trail is beginner-friendly but includes some steps and slopes, so please wear proper shoes.
・In case of rain, the event may be canceled — updates will be posted. ✨
・If there are only 1 or 2 attendees (excluding organizers), the event will be canceled.(I’ll post it around midnight on the day of the event.)

将軍塚 の展望台まで登ります。 展望を楽しんだ後は、円山公園（八坂神社近く） に戻り、祇園エリアのカフェでお茶をしながらゆっくり交流しましょう。🍵☕
（カフェの場所は参加人数に応じて決めます。）
全体で約 2時間ほど のハイキングで、初心者の方でも安心して参加できます！🥾

時間：
🕐 13:00〜15:00　ハイキング（展望台での休憩時間を含みます）
☕ 15:00〜16:00　祇園エリアでカフェタイム
参加費： 無料(カフェ代は持ってきてください)
持ち物： 歩きやすい靴

・コースは初心者向けですが、階段や坂道がありますので歩きやすい靴でお越しください。
・雨天の場合は中止になることがあります（最新情報はコメントでお知らせします）。✨
・参加者が1〜2名（主催者を除く）の場合、イベントは中止となります。当日の0時ごろに投稿します。
