“He has the most who is content with the least” - Diogenes of Sinope

In this meeting we will discuss the philosophy of Diogenes; an ancient Greek philosopher and one of the founders of Cynicism. He believed that happiness comes from living simply, rejecting wealth and social status, and freeing yourself from society’s expectations. He famously lived with very few possessions and challenged people to question what truly matters in life.

His central idea: You need very little to live a happy and meaningful life.
