Celebrate World Penguin Day with a beautiful spring afternoon in Kyoto! 🌸

We will start our day at the Keage Purification Plant, which is famous for its stunning tunnels of azaleas (Tsutsuji). This facility is usually closed to the public, so this is a rare chance to see over 4,600 azalea bushes in full bloom! 🌺

After soaking in the floral views, we’ll take a short walk to the Kyoto City Zoo. Since it’s World Penguin Day, we’ll make sure to stop by the penguin exhibit and say hello to our tuxedoed friends, along with all the other amazing animals! 🦒🐧

📍 Meeting Details:

• When: April 26th Sunday
• Time: 1:00 PM
• Meeting Point: Keage Station (outside the ticket gates) 🚉

まずは、この時期にしか一般公開されない蹴上浄水場へ向かいます。約4,600本もの色鮮やかな「つつじ」が咲き誇る景色は圧巻です！🌺 普段は入れない場所なので、この貴重な機会をお見逃しなく

お花を楽しんだ後は、歩いてすぐの京都市動物園へ移動します。せっかくのペンギンの日なので、可愛いペンギンたちに会いに行きましょう！もちろん、他の動物たちも一緒に見て回りましょう。🦒🐧
