Let’s take a break from the laptops and get outside! Join fellow entrepreneurs, developers, creatives, and startup folk in Kyoto for a light hike through history on one of Kyoto’s most scenic and culturally rich trails: the Daimonji – Ginkakuji Temple Route.
This trail blends nature with ancient beauty and ends near the Silver Pavilion (Ginkakuji) — a lesser-known gem compared to the Golden Pavilion, but just as magical. For the gamers among us, you might recognize Ginkakuji from Assassin’s Creed: Shadows — it’s the starting point of "The Peasant Who Will Be King" quest.

- Route: Daimonji – Ginkakuji Temple Trail
- Difficulty: Moderate (~1.5–2.5 hours total walking time)
- Highlights: Forest trails, scenic Kyoto views, historical sites, quiet zen moments

スタートアップやフリーランスで活動中の皆さん、パソコンから少し離れて、自然と歴史の中でリフレッシュしませんか？
今回のKyoto Startupsイベントでは、**京都東山の名トレイル「大文字山・銀閣寺ルート」**を一緒に歩きます。
自然の中を歩きながら、京都の歴史と美しさを感じられる、軽めのハイキングです。
目的地となる銀閣寺（ぎんかくじ）は、金閣寺に比べて知名度は控えめながらも、静寂で美しいスポットです。
また、ゲーム『Assassin’s Creed: Shadows』の舞台にもなっており、「百姓の王」クエストのスタート地点でもあります。
