# コミュニティ・ハックデーについて

## 注意事項

• 会場ルールとして、ご参加の方は 1 人につきドリンク 2 オーダー以上のご注文をお願いします。
• 定員があります。参加ができなくなる場合は、必ず RSVP を変更し、他の方が参加できるようご協力ください。

## ハックデーの進め方

アイデア、スキル、または「ちょっとやってみたい」という気持ちだけでも大歓迎。一人で作業しても、チームを組んでも OK。

**小さくつくるのが大事。**ボランティアの集まりなので、小さくて確実に仕上げられる範囲を目指します。
**イベント後の継続作業は自由。**続けたい人は続けるし、その日に終わる人もいます。どちらも大歓迎です。計画段階では「当日の時間だけで完結する前提」で考えるのがおすすめです。
**オープンソース。**すべてのプロジェクトはコミュニティの GitHub（[https://github.com/kyoto-tech）で公開します。](https://github.com/kyoto-tech%EF%BC%89%E3%81%A7%E5%85%AC%E9%96%8B%E3%81%97%E3%81%BE%E3%81%99%E3%80%82)
**まずは出す。**実際に使えるものをつくることが目標です。

スキルレベルに関係なく参加できます。初心者の方も歓迎です。ただし「実際に手を動かす会」なので、HTML・CSS・JavaScript の基礎を知っておくとより楽しめます。

## プロジェクトの方向性

京都のローカルコミュニティに役立つものであれば何でも OK。

まずは Meetup 自体に関するものから始めますが、アイデアが広がればどんどん展開できます。

いくつかのアイデア例：

• Kyoto Tech Meetup のホームページ
  （ミートアップの紹介と参加方法をまとめたシンプルなサイト）
• 京都のコワーキングスペース一覧
  （料金、営業時間、エリア、雰囲気などで絞り込める地図付きガイド）

その他のアイデアも大歓迎。京都の人たちがつながりやすくなったり、移動しやすくなったり、創りやすくなったりするものなら何でも歓迎します。

## アジェンダ

1. キックオフ： 自己紹介、アイデア共有、プロジェクト選定、チーム分け — 30分
2. ハックタイム： 自由に作業OK。出入りもご自由にどうぞ — 4時間
3. ショーケース： 進捗共有、デモ、そしてハイタッチ — 30分

## 開催場所

会場はイベント日が近づいたらお知らせします。地下鉄・五条駅付近を予定しています。

Come build with the Kyoto Tech Meetup community!

Community Hack Day is where we gather to create useful, real-world projects for our community.

## Important notes

• Venue rule: all attendees are required to purchase at least two drinks.
• Capacity is limited. If you can no longer attend, please update your RSVP so someone else can take the spot.

## How we hack

Bring an idea, bring your skills, or just bring your curiosity. Work solo or team up with others.

Smaller is better. Since these are volunteer projects, we aim for small, shippable pieces.
Post-hack continuation is optional. Some people will keep going afterward, others won’t. Both are totally fine. When planning, assume your primary contribution window is the hack day itself.
Open source. All projects will be published in our GitHub organization:
https://github.com/kyoto-tech
Focus on shipping. We aim to build things the community can actually use.

All skill levels are welcome, including beginners. Just note that this is a hands-on working session, so basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will help.

## About our projects

Anything that benefits the local Kyoto community is fair game. We may begin with meetup-related tools, then expand outward as ideas emerge.

A few early ideas:

• Kyoto Tech Meetup homepage — a simple landing page introducing who we are and how to join.
• Map-based coworking directory — filters for price, hours, neighborhoods, vibe.

More ideas are welcome. If you’ve been wanting to build something that helps people connect, navigate, or create, this is the perfect moment.

## Agenda

• Kickoff: meet, share ideas, choose projects, form teams — 30 minutes
• Hack time: work freely; come and go as needed — 4 hours
• Showcase: share progress, demos welcome, lots of high fives — 30 minutes
