Let’s enjoy a relaxing time with BBQ, music, and friendly conversations in a welcoming international atmosphere.
We will mainly use English and Japanese, so everyone can feel comfortable participating, even if you're not confident in the language.

Men: 3,500 yen / Women: 3,000 yen

Please bring your own drinks.
We will provide a cooler box and ice.

■ Food & Equipment
All BBQ ingredients, equipment, and tableware will be provided.
You only need to bring your drinks.

■ Music
We will play music using a simple setup.
Song requests are welcome!

■ Trash Disposal
Please separate your trash and dispose of it in the designated bags.
We appreciate your cooperation.

■ In Case of Rain
We will notify you by 12:00 PM the day before if the event is postponed.

■ Rules

• No excessive drinking
• No harassment or inappropriate behavior
• No aggressive flirting or solicitation
• No business or promotional activities

Anyone who violates these rules may be asked to leave.

BBQの食材、機材、食器類はすべてこちらで準備しておりますので、ドリンクのみご準備ください。

当日は簡単なDJ機材で音楽を流します。
ご希望の曲があればお気軽にお知らせください。

■ ゴミについて
ゴミは分別のうえ、指定の袋へ廃棄をお願いいたします。
皆さまのご協力をお願いいたします。

■ 雨天時
雨天の場合は、前日12:00までに開催可否をご連絡いたします。

■ 禁止事項
・過度な飲酒
・迷惑行為や他の参加者への不快な言動
・ナンパやしつこい勧誘行為
・営業・勧誘目的での参加
