Join us for a relaxed spring BBQ where you can enjoy great food, casual conversations, and international exchange in a friendly atmosphere.
Communication will mainly be in Japanese and Chinese, but everyone is welcome—no language skills required 😊

### ■ Participation Fee
Male: ¥3,500 / Female: ¥3,000
Please prepare cash or PayPay.

### ■ Drinks
Please bring your own drinks.
A cooler box and ice will be provided by the organizers.

### ■ Food & Equipment
All BBQ ingredients, equipment, and tableware will be provided by the organizers.
You only need to bring your drinks.

### ■ Music
We’ll be playing music using a simple DJ setup.
Song requests are welcome!

### ■ Trash
Please separate your trash and dispose of it in the designated bags.
Thank you for your cooperation.

### ■ In Case of Rain
If weather conditions are unfavorable, we will announce whether the event will be postponed by 12:00 noon on the day before.

### ■ Rules & Prohibited Behavior
- Excessive drinking
- Harassment or any behavior that makes others uncomfortable
- Unwanted flirting or persistent approaches
- Participation for sales or solicitation purposes
Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave the event.

ドリンクは各自ご持参ください。
クーラーボックスと氷は主催者側で用意いたします。

BBQの食材、機材、食器類はすべてこちらで準備しておりますので、ドリンクのみご準備ください。

当日は簡単な機材で音楽を流します。
ご希望の曲があればお気軽にお知らせください。

■ ゴミについて
ゴミは分別のうえ、指定の袋へ廃棄をお願いいたします。
皆さまのご協力をお願いいたします。

■ 雨天時
雨天の場合は、前日12:00までに開催可否をご連絡いたします。

■ 禁止事項
・過度な飲酒
・迷惑行為や他の参加者への不快な言動
・ナンパやしつこい勧誘行為
・営業・勧誘目的での参加
上記の行為が見られた場合は、ご退場いただく場合がございます。
