Kyotopia Presents: Imperial Picnic and Language Exchange

Description:
Join Kyotopia, a meetup group connecting expats and locals in Kyoto, for our Imperial Picnic and Language Exchange event at the Kyoto Imperial Palace.

Kyotopia is also known for our podcast, which explores life in Kyoto, including culture, identity, and overcoming challenges living abroad.

Date and Time:
Sunday, May 21st, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Location:
Kyoto Imperial Palace (specific meeting location will be provided to registered attendees)

Admission Fee:
500 yen per person (payable in cash on the day of the event)

What to Bring:
Your own snacks and drinks, and a tarp if you have one (we will have some tarp space to share)

Activities:
Language exchange (Japanese/English) and picnic (casual mingling, games, and more)

Notes:
During the event, please follow the rules and guidelines of the Kyoto Imperial Palace (no littering, no smoking, etc.). Let's all enjoy this historic site together!

説明： 京都で暮らす外国人とローカルの方々をつなぐMeetupグループ、Kyotopiaが主催する御所ピクニックと言語交換会に参加しませんか？

Kyotopiaは、京都の生活や文化、アイデンティティなどを取り上げるポッドキャストでも知られています。

日時： 5月21日（日曜日）、午後3時から5時まで

場所： 京都御所（詳しい集合場所は参加者に別途ご案内いたします）

参加費： 一人500円（当日現金でお支払いください）

持ち物： 自分で用意したスナックや飲み物、タープ（ある場合）。共有できるタープスペースもご用意いたします。

アクティビティ： 言語交換（日本語/英語）とピクニック（気軽な交流、ゲームなど）

参加登録： 参加ご希望の方は、5月4日（木曜日）までにウェブサイト（ここにウェブサイトリンクを挿入してください）のフォームにご記入ください。参加者には、詳細や集合場所などのご案内をメールでお送りいたします。定員に達し次第締め切らせていただきますので、お早めにお申し込みください。

注意事項： イベント中は、京都御所のルールやガイドラインに従っていただきますようお願いいたします（ゴミのポイ捨て、喫煙などは禁止です）。皆様でこの歴史的な場所を楽しみましょう！
