New to Berlin? Join our classes and meet some people that share a passion.
Come alone or come with a partner it doesn't matter, we switch partners and you'll get to know everyone.
We teach in English, so no German, no problem.
La Candela is Berlin’s school for Cuban Salsa & Cuban Dances. We offer classes for all levels and we do strive to also give you the best quality of classes, so along with having fun you will receive the best education and could potentially become a passionate dancer like us.
We normally teach in a closed courses format. So some commitment is required, but that's the best way to learn and the best way to bond with people :)

Salsa & Friends
La Candela Studio, Am Hamburger bhf 2, Berlin, DEPlease be aware - this is not a class. It's a practice for people who learn to dance.
Take your time to practice Salsa with your friends and friendly faces. We will adjust the music to the students that come - but generally, we will keep the music on the easy dancing side.
After the practica (about 75 minutes), if people are interested, we will head to one of the bars nearby for a get-together.
Often, you will have a teacher around, so you can ask him or her questions and get feedback as well.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- While you are welcome to drop in - spots are limited. If you want to guarantee your spot - please book it in advance.
- This is not a Beginner class. For Beginner classes, we recommend to join our Salsa Beginner Course. After 2-3 classes you should feel more free to attend this event.
- The practica is 6 Euro. You can also use USC or any of our memberships or packages if you'd prefer.
