Run + Yoga Flow in the Park 🌿
Join us for a free community Run + Yoga Flow session in the park!
We'll start with a gentle warm-up, enjoy an easy 2–3 km run, and then finish with a relaxing Yoga Flow followed by a cool-down and stretching.
This event is open to all fitness levels. Come move, breathe, and connect with the community in a welcoming outdoor setting.
✨ Free to attend. Tips are appreciated but never expected. They help support future community events.
