Welcome to Wild Awakening
You are a wild and beautiful human with a great capacity to evolve and awaken. Through meditation, mindfulness tools, self-inquiry, and writing exercises, you can wake up to the stunning magic and profound simplicity of life.
Jessica Graham created Wild Awakening to help guide you towards your most authentic spiritual, sexual, and creative expression. Jessica believes that trauma can be healed, resiliency can be learned, and brains can be rewired.
Wild Awakening can easily compliment any spiritual practice or religious belief. Our teachings are straight-forward, down-to-earth, and dogma-free.
Wild Awakening is dedicated to helping you become more human through psychospiritual evolution, using meditation and self-inquiry. Venture into the wilderness and wake up.
Jessica Graham is a trauma resolution guide, specializing in complex-developmental trauma and post-traumatic growth. Jessica is also a meditation teacher, sex, relationship, and spiritual guide for couples and individuals, international speaker, and author of Good Sex: Getting Off Without Checking Out, which has been translated into several languages. They are a certified ReBloom Post-Traumatic Growth Guide, a Grief Recovery Specialist, and have trained in Brainspotting. Jessica’s work can be found on many apps including; Simple Habit, Wise@Work, Emjoy, Breethe, and Sanity & Self. They have offered workshops at vario us centers internationally, including Esalen Institute, and have been interviewed/quoted for such publications as, Women’s Health Magazine, Bustle, GOOP, Lion’s Roar, The Lilly, Health Magazine, and more. Jessica can also be found in The Great Courses’ Masters of Mindfulness. In addition to this, Jessica is an award-winning actor and filmmaker.
