LA Feminists Meetup Group welcomes all feminists including women and men. Feminism is used in various contexts. Let's stick to the original idea.
This group is focused on discussions and networking. We discuss problems along with solutions that could be a positive impact. You're welcome to present problems or solutions as an individual or on a societal level. My research suggests that every person can make a positive change. Let's not get stuck with dictionary definitions.
This is not a group to meet women. This is not a group for academicians only. The concept of feminism can't be confined in classes, books, or lectures. Our progress will be seen when Feminism won't be seen or used as a label.
