Founder Background
Edmond Mellina, ORCHANGO’s president and co-founder, is internationally respected for his expertise in nimble change leadership and culture change. For the past 30 years, he has been executing strategic transformations, building agile capabilities, and advising clients across sectors in Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

He is a former corporate transformation executive in drastically changing industries:

  • CIO at Delta Hotels when Expedia disrupted the hotel business.
  • VP Corporate Development & General Manager USA for an expansion-phase tech startup. The business had just been acquired by an umbrella company in the design and marketing agencies space, which was starting to embrace digital.

As a speaker, Edmond addresses audiences on change leadership, agility, innovation, and influence. He delivers speeches with the passion, humour and engaging style that are his trademarks. He brings tools, concepts, and techniques to life by sharing vivid stories from the real world.

He is a guest lecturer for DeGroote School of Business’ EMBA Digital Transformation.

Edmond’s clients span a wide spectrum of sectors: pharmaceuticals & healthcare, banking & insurance, hospitality & travel, government, retail, mining, energy, media, professional services, high-tech, manufacturing, engineering, non-profit, labour unions, etc.

His articles have appeared in business publications around the globe. He is regularly quoted as an expert source by the media. Edmond uses his #NimbleVlog to share insights with transformation leaders.

Edmond is a graduate of Centrale Marseille (Meng) and the Ivey Executive Program. True to his French upbringing, he loves food and cooking. He lives in Toronto with his family.
