Wednesday evening: Betty B. Dearing Mountain Trail (5 miles Moderate)

Details
Hope you can join us for another weekday hike. This time we will head to Fryman Canyon Park. We'll hike the Betty B. Dearing Mountain Trail Head, which is a 5.0-mile out-and-back trail, which is considered a moderate trail.
PARKING: There is a parking lot at 8401 Mulholland Drive.
MEETING TIME: Meet at 4:15 PM at the trailhead, which is located right next to the parking lot. We will wait 15 minutes for latecomers and then head out on the trail. Since cell service is not reliable, we will not be able to wait for people who send last-minute messages.
BRING: There is limited shade, so bring a hat, sunblock, sunglasses, and AT LEAST 1.5 L of water. Before we turn around we will stop for a bathroom and snack break, so feel free to bring some trail snacks.
SHOES: Wear sturdy sneakers or hiking boots.
DRESS: Athletic/ fitness gear according to the weather. Recommend t-shirt with layers so you can adjust based on sun/wind.
