JavaScript is the language of the browser, 95% of all websites you’ve ever visited were built with JavaScript. In this interactive workshop, we'll cover everything you need to know to begin your JavaScript journey, including different data types, variables, and functions.

How to find us: The event will be held at Cross Campus, DTLA located at 800 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90017. The building entrance is on Wilshire Blvd next to 800 Degrees Pizza between Flower and Figueroa. The event will be located on the 2nd floor. There is free street parking along Wilshire Blvd., 7th St., and Flower St. Paid parking is ($12/hr) at The Standard Hotel (6th/Flower St.) or Athena Parking Hope Garage ($5 - 625 W 8th St. LA, CA 90017). Public transportation: 7th Street Metro Center (Expo, Blue, Red, and Purple lines).
