¡Hola amigos! Ready to kick off the week with some awesome Spanish practice? For our next meeting, we are gathering at our favorite spot for a mix of chatting, sharing, and diving into a brand-new story!
We are reading "Regalos para el Maharaja" from the book Déjame que te cuente by Jorge Bucay.
This is a safe, welcoming, and 100% judgment-free zone to build confidence and have a great time.

Lugar: Central Market (3815 Westheimer Rd). We will meet upstairs in the dining area (segundo piso).

¡Hola! (The Warm-Up): We’ll start with an easy, low-pressure calentamiento chat. It’s the perfect time to introduce yourself, practice basic phrases, and make new friends!
Lectura y Vocabulario (The Main Event): We will read the story together. We’ll translate the tricky parts, unlock useful everyday vocabulary, and talk about the cool meaning behind the story.
