• 05:00 PM - 7:15 PM: Introductions, Icebreakers, and 1st game of Clocktower
• 7:15 PM - 8:30 PM: Break/Dinner from Food Truck - Taco night
• 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM: Blood on the Clocktower

Please arrive on time for Ultimate Werewolf, as late arrivals cannot be accommodated due to the game mechanics.

Release of Liability

1. By attending Board Game Night, you agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, venue, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, claims, damages, or injuries that may occur before, during, or after the event. You acknowledge that participation in any activities carries inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your safety and well-being.
2. Please drink responsibly.
3. 21 years old + event. No minors.

### No-Show Policy

To ensure fairness and respect for all attendees, we have implemented the following No-Show Policy:

• If a participant fails to attend two or more events without prior notice, they will be suspended from all future events for 3 months.
• To avoid a no-show, please notify the organizer at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.
• Exceptions may be considered for emergencies, but consistent no-shows will result in enforcement of this policy.

Photo & Media Release Notice
By attending this event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded by the event organizers. You acknowledge and agree that these photos and recordings may be used for marketing, promotional, and other public purposes, including online and social media.
By attending, you waive any claims related to the use of your image and understand that these materials may be publicly shared. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the event organizers upon arrival.
