Agenda:

• Share a Creative Game Development Tactic
  Each member will discuss a unique method they use to design games. For example, “I use color psychology to influence player decision-making” or “I invite friends to ‘stress test’ the rules to uncover potential edge cases.”
• Discuss a Marketing Strategy or Philosophical Approach
  We’ll each present a marketing tactic or guiding principle that’s helped our games succeed. Think “I focus on nurturing a community of playtesters at cons to generate early buzz”
• Celebrate a Personal Win from the Past Month
  End on a high note by sharing a recent success, such as “I landed a feature in a major industry blog”
