What we’re about
Welcome everyone! This is a mostly English-speaking meeting where we discuss literature, culture, languages, hobbies, activities, games, etc and have fun. Sometimes we go out afterwards for dinner or drinks.
The idea of the group is to provide a friendly and safe environment where all members can improve their English or other languages while conversing, listening, playing board games, or other activities with the community.
The range of our activities varies depending on the number of participants.
This community is free of discrimination, bullying, evaluating others' skills, making fun of others, judging of others' mistakes, etc.
We are all learning here and we must be kind, patient and respectful of one another.
A lot more people show up than the amount listed here in Meetup as the group is also known through other channels, so don't be discouraged if you see hardly any participants listed for an event.
