Join us for a transformative evening of sound healing featuring the work of Tom Kenyon. In addition to his work as an author, psychotherapist, researcher, Tom uses his 4-octave voice to produce unique and transformative sound healings. He has many recordings available on his site for free, as well as a number of courses in spiritual and personal development – and has graciously given us his blessing to play some of his recordings at this event. The inspiration for this event came from working with his recordings myself, where I noticed a difference using headphones vs. speakers, which let the vibrations connect much more with my energy field. The evening will contain several of Tom's recordings, with a theme around the opening of the Heart Chakra, and the field of the heart itself. Each is about 10-15 minutes long, with a brief explanation beforehand on what visualization you might hold during the the meditation, followed by a Q&A if anyone would like to share their experience. Depending on timing, we should through 3-4 separate recordings to give you a sense of his work. To make for the best experience we'll be using high fidelity audio equipment to make this as immersive as possible. The ticket cost, and any donations are not meant for profit, only to recoup the space rental and miscellaneous event costs. This is a labor of love on my part, as I feel a calling to share his work with others. If there is interest, these events will continue on a monthly basis. There is room for a max of 30 attendees at this space. And surprisingly, there is more than ample on-site parking at a venue in LA! Please bring a yoga mat or cushion to make yourself comfortable during the session.
