This playshop was designed to help you heal your mind, body, and soul. Through these yogic techniques, you will learn how to remove blocks in order to experience enhanced fulfillment and happiness. This session will focus on the root chakra. Each chakra has a distinct set of characteristics. Here’s a glimpse of root chakra attributes you will learn about; including how to identify signs of deficient and excessive chakra energy. The philosophical frameworks we draw upon include the 8 limbs of yoga, tantra and the chakras; including their central role in the Reiki tradition.

Emily Meyers- Yogi, Reiki Master, and owner of Chakras & Higher Self Yoga.

Zeraphina Quenby- Yogi, Reiki Master, singer & harpist.

Eloi Theopholus- is a Reiki master, yogi, life coach and sound healer. He has been actively working with drug addiction and mental health facilities for two years. He opened Holistic Healing Co-op in 2016 and has worked with hundreds of patients since.
