We’ve all seen articles, books, videos, or training as well as had sales people, vendors, consultants, or ‘experts’ tell us how important Agile is and why we must embrace it. This LAAgile event is intended to bring as many of us here in the LA area together to talk about the reality of being in the technology business and the challenges we’ve faced, what we’ve learned, where we’re going, and how we’re building better products better, cheaper, faster. And, we’ll hone in on ‘What’s in it for me’ as individuals, teams, organizations, or companies. Whether you’re a Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Designer, Project Manager, Support Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, Engineer, Architect, or any other role, we’ll explore if/how Agile might be valuable to you and your role.
It is going to be the first experience of Diverge-Converge in our sessions. We built up a panel with highly experienced individuals with different backgrounds in the industry. The panel is not answering questions but keeping the open space focused and on the rail with asking powerful questions and sharing facts and only facts. You as an attendee will come with your questions and we help you find your answers from our community.
For the session to be even more meaningful, we hope to have participants from all backgrounds including developers, QAs, product, UI, UX, SM, PO, Agile coaches, etc.
Our Panel includes:
Dan H. Diep, ENT Agile Coach OpenX,
Chaue Shen – Group Product Manager, Bluebeam
Jeff Waters – Engineering Manager, Bluebeam
Sean Carmody, Executive Producer, Age of Learning
Alireza Boloorchi, Agile Center of Excellence lead, Age of Learning
