👋 Welcome to the Los Angeles Badminton Meetup (LABM)! We're currently an active badminton community serving the LA area. You can always get a doubles game on with our meetup!
📢 Shout-out to all that love badminton, and all that wish to pick up badminton as a sport!
📜 Our group's mission is to enjoy working out (for social club players), improving badminton play (for tournament players), and building the best badminton community of players in the LA area together!
🎁 We offer the following LABM member group benefits:
1. A community of Los Angeles badminton players to play & practice with, stay healthy, chat badminton, enjoy and much more! Feel free to drop in on your own, or with your badminton friend group, anytime to find different games
2. Weekly Sunday morning badminton from 9am to 12PM @SFSBC
3. Fun events and photos around the sport of badminton, meeting the pros together at the annual Yonex Badminton US Open https://www.meetup.com/labadminton/photos/

💞 We ask for common badminton player etiquette, please:
1. Bring your own shuttles, racquet and badminton shoes. One shuttle is required from each player before a game starts.
2. Play 1 match, 3-games max, then queue up for your next game and let other members play
✉️ RSVP to events for organizers to plan and welcome you! We guarantee playtime on our reserved courts to people that RSVPed
