The Recipe Leader is the host of the session.
You don’t need to be a professional chef, just someone who enjoys sharing food and knowledge.
Your responsibilities:

- Buy the ingredients with your own money
- Arrive in advance
- Set up the kitchen space
- Pre-cook elements if necessary
- Guide the group during cooking
- Choose the playlist
- Clean up the space after the session
You also bring the story, culture, or intention behind the dish, helping create a warm and meaningful atmosphere.
Financial Contribution – “Participacion Consciente”
L’Atelier des Non Chefs works with a conscious contribution model:
- The price of ingredients is communicated (from 3 euros to 10 euros)
- Each participant contributes according to their means
- Contributions help sustain the kitchen, materials, and collective activities
This system keeps the atelier accessible, fair, and community-supported.
