Labyrinth walking is an ancient tool for modern times. Used as a moving meditation, walking the labyrinth offers time to reflect, pray, contemplate and commune with your higher power, your inner wisdom, and your deep knowing.
Labyrinth walks are offered in a variety of settings including, hospitals, universities, churches, synagogues, workplaces, retreat centers and more. Their uses include meditation, prayer, contemplation, conflict resolution, weddings, and grief work among other things.
There is no "right or wrong" way to walk a labyrinth - walk at your own pace, listen and notice.
