bio: Angela Apryl is a 46-year-old massage therapist and yoga teacher specializing in Yin Yoga. Her journey with plant medicine began seven years ago when she was called to work with Ayahuasca.

That calling eventually led her to Oklahoma, where she came to OneSpirit NAC and began deepening her understanding, practice, and relationship with plant medicine.

Angela believes these medicines are sacred tools given to us by Creator to help us heal ourselves, remember who we are, and ultimately become better vessels for helping others heal. Her work brings together bodywork, Yin Yoga, spiritual practice, and plant medicine with a deep respect for the wisdom and healing each can offer.
