Feel better and move with more confidence! These Pilates classes feature a variety of formats for a full body workout to increase strength, flexibility and cardio endurance.

Class Descriptions:
Pilates HIIT: Traditional and contemporary Pilates exercises with an emphasis on good form and proper technique combined with higher intensity cardio exercises to burn more calories and rev your metabolism.

Restorative Pilates: This gentle Pilates class includes exercises from the Mat repertoire, mobility movement sequences and relaxation techniques to restore both body and mind.

About Shannon:
Hello, I’m Shannon, a certified health and wellness professional… and I love connecting with people, creating a relaxed space, and empowering you with confidence and inspiration to begin or continue your journey to optimal health!

I am a fully certified Pilates instructor, personal fitness trainer and golf fitness professional and have worked with a diverse clientele, from the recreational athlete to the busy executive to those suffering injuries and seeking reentry to their daily activities.

As a movement educator, I have had the privileged of helping many people feel better, move with more confidence, and become more functional in their daily lives.

In addition, I am a health and wellness coach, teaching people how to create sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes through effective cognitive and behavioral tools.

I work with people one on one and in small groups.

I enjoy all things nature, baking, wine tasting and travel!
