Join us for a recurring weekly walk focused on fitness. We keep a brisk pace to get the heart rate up—perfect for a cardio boost. The path is ideal: we head 2 miles north to a restroom stop, then turn around and return for a total of 4 miles. Friendly dogs are welcome, but we keep the pace strong, so only bring pets who can keep up!
