One More Paddleboard @ Tibble Fork! (if the weather holds)

Let's go paddleboarding! Tibble Fork is a busy but very calm little spot to paddleboard so it's great for folks that are new to paddleboarding. It does get very busy, so carpooling is recommended, and also that helps us all find each other. :) Text me at 801-930-0823 if you have questions!

Note: There is usually no cell service at Tibble - so please get in touch with me early that morning or the night before to coordinate meeting up!

Meeting Spot:
Smiths parking lot off of Timpanagos Highway - if you want to carpool, text me and we can meet up! 1550 E 3500 N, Lehi, UT 84043 I will be there at 8:45 and will wait for 15 minutes!

What to Bring:

1. Paddleboard / paddle - I do have an extra paddle I can share. If you have an inflatable board, don't forget your pump! Paddleboards are available for rent from AJ Motion Sports and Canyon Sports if you just want to try it out.
2. Water & sunscreen or sun protective clothing. Water shoes are a good idea as the bottom is rocky.
3. Life vest and a completed Mussel Awareness Certificate (free, but required by the DWR for paddleboarding in 2024) - these are required by the DWR, and if officers are patrolling you can be issued a $250 ticket if you don't have a vest, or a completed certificate with you.
4. Bring some layers - it can get cooler than expected up there.
5. Not necessary but nice: snacks, a dry box or bag for your phone and keys, and a shore chair. :)
