What to Expect:
We're taking our sophisticated palates (and by sophisticated, we mean "we know the difference between a fork and a spoon") on a culinary tour of Salt Lake City's finest hidden gems. Think small, family-owned spots that actually know how to cook. We'll taste, we'll enjoy, and we'll absolutely pretend we understand what "umami" means.
The Important Part (Yes, We're Serious):
Many of these restaurants are small, independently owned operations—which means they don't have the flexibility of big chains. If you RSVP, you're committing. We need you to keep your reservation status up to date because overbooking a table at a beloved neighborhood spot is basically a food crime. These folks are accommodating us, so let's return the favor by being reliable humans.
