2. Post Reinhardt Hike Ladies Wellness Workshop - Yoga, Write, Tea

We will meet and share (maybe spill) some tea after our early am hike

Bring a a reusable cup for tea,, a journal and pen, your favorite snack to share(optional) and a yoga mat

This is a donation based workshop style circle for ladies that want to breathe, meditate, journal, write letters, connect and chat about wellness - specifically and loosely, woman’s health, hormones, daily rituals, gardening , hobbies - whatever is going on the season

Prompts for writing, guidance, and tea will be provided
