Hike - Cascais Vineyard Trail - Quinta do Pisão - Malveira (13km/350m)

**This group is for women who live in the Lisbon metro area**

Hike Description:
We'll start at Cascais train station and head north on the Vineyard Trail/Trilha da Vinhas until we reach the picturesque Quinta do Pisão. We'll stop for a picnic lunch along the way. From there, we'll head to Malveira da Serra village where we'll end the hike. Total elevation gain is around 350m.

Wear shoes with a good grip, bring at least 1.5L water, and snacks/lunch.

From Malveira, we can catch the bus back to Cascais train station (~20 mins).

Meeting Time & Place:
Cascais train station - right outside the pay gates - 9:45 AM.
I'll be taking the train leaving Cais do Sodré at 9:00 AM.
If you are coming by car, you can park somewhere near Cascais station and take the bus back with us to Cascais at the end.
