Lakeside Sunset Yoga

Join me and your fellow lefties for a mid-week destress/re-charge yoga practice. I recently became a certified yoga instructor. We will begin with
introductions/settling in, followed by a 30-45 minute guided vinyasa practice. Modifications will be given along the way so that all levels may participate. We will finish the evening with sunset viewing while enjoying any snacks/beverages you wish to bring. Bring your own yoga mat or blanket as well. The shelter is located on the east side of Creve Couer lake between Tremayne Shelter and the canoe rentals. Parking is available at the shelter as well as Porta-potties. It is best to practice on an empty stomach as yoga can stimulate the digestive system. The event will be held rain or shine. We will be practicing in the grass unless it is muddy or raining, then we will move under the shelter. If you arrive late, please quietly join the group as to not disturb the practice.
