A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
Rain is forecasted so weather proof your signs by covering with packing tape or laminating. You can make a sandwich board or one side by punching holes and stringing the poster. Wear your rain gear, bring water, ID, a bandana, and just in case put a contact # on your body.
The event starts at 11 however, it is important to have a buddy. Lets arrive at 12:45. I will share my # with signed up members and ask for yours so that we can meet up and stay together.
