What we’re about
We plan to meet once a month for lunch and book discussion. We will rotate locations between Lone Tree, Castle Rock, and Parker and welcome those from Douglas County and beyond. We seek to create an inclusive environment where we can openly discuss our opinions and share different points of view. Our goal is to read books covering a diverse span of viewpoints with an emphasis on interesting, fun and thought-provoking books.

Hi all,
For our September meeting, we will be discussing "My Name Is Emilia del Valle" by Chilean writer, Isabel Allende.
My Name is Emilia Del Valle is a novel by Isabel Allende. Set in San Francisco in 1866, the story follows an Irish nun who gives birth to a daughter named Emilia Del Valle. Raised by a loving stepfather, Emilia grows into an independent thinker and a self-sufficient young woman. She pursues her passion for writing, defying societal norms, and begins publishing pulp fiction using a man's pen name
We will be meeting on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 11:30AM at The Stagecoach in Franktown, CO which is located on Parker Rd near the intersection of Highway 86. The address is 2077 N State Highway 83, Franktown, CO. The Stagecoach has been completely renovated and we are curious to see it.
