Push vs Pull Game + Lean Coffee

Something you might stumble upon, when working in an agile environment is the WIP (Work in Progress) limit. If you want to experience how a WIP limit can change your work, you are more than welcome to join the game.

Maike is going to facilitate the Push vs Pull game. She is a Scrum Master and a big fan of learning new things by directly combining the theory with an active learning experience.
Afterwards we’ll have a Lean Coffee format, so you are welcome to bring all your topics - also not agile related ones of course.
