Aside from the already rich Himalayan Salt, a salt generator crushes pharmaceutical-grade salt into micron-sized dry aerosol particles that are inhaled. Dry Salt Therapy, also known as Halotherapy, benefits adults and children alike as well as athletes and animals.

Halotherapy is beneficial for overall wellness by removing the toxicity from the respiratory system, improving the function and appearance of the skin, and boosting the immune system.

What you need to know:

Please arrive at 6:45 pm to get registered as we will begin promptly at 7 pm.

Purple Sage closes at 7 pm so if you arrive late, you will be locked out.

Please bring clean socks to enter the salt cave. Electronics are not permitted in the cave, however there is a safe place to store all of your belongings just outside the cave.

$70 includes class, and a halotherapy session

Whether you like to eat or not - we've all got to, so come on out and join us!

Whether you are brand new to the group or have been to this rodeo in the past, we're happy to meet you!

Here's the deal -

• Bring a dish you want to share - And there is no need to be Betty Freaking Crocker here - Store bought foods are welcome if that is what fits into your schedule - just bring something you enjoy!
• Bring your own beverage - alcohol is NOT allowed for insurance reasons
• Comment what you're bringing so we can each get excited!!
• I will provide plates, silverware, cups, napkins, etc
• Come, have fun and meet new and old friends!

If you're a potluck pro, you can even bring extra containers to take a sampling of other's food home! (if they want to share, of course!)

Whether you knit, paint, draw, crochet, cross stitch, use a loom, **and if you don't feel crafty at all, COLOR!!** you bring whatever project you want to complete and we will work together in community on our individual projects while making new friends!
