Is agile design even possible? Dekoria.pl lean UX approach case study
Iterative testing in the research phase of the project is great to show all mistakes and bad decisions even before the actual mockups are done. We will show Dekoria.pl case study of the process of implementing Lean UX approach into the project.
Speaker:
Anna Lankauf - UX Strategist, a trained psychologist. She has been designing usable solutions for eCommerce at Divante (http://divante.co/) for 3 years now. She has worked for clients such as Reserved.com (http://reserved.com/), Liberty, Solar, Plus GSM, UPC. Focusing on what users do rather than on what they say they do during design process is her mantra. Being a startup approach enthusiast makes constantly changing conditions in business natural habitat for her.
Designing for Cross Channel User Experience
Users often don’t complete an activity in one sitting or through a single channel. Sometimes users are interrupted, sometimes it is more appropriate to switch device, or they move from the digital world to the physical world - and vice versa - by choice or necessity. For these reasons, it’s important to offer a seamless experience as users move from channel to channel to complete activities.
Speaker:
Chrissy Welsh is the Lead & Principle UX Consultant for Backbase, based in Amsterdam where she provides solutions to complex data across platforms. She is interested in responsive layouts and ‘bleeding edge’ technologies in user experience design to help make products easy and pleasurable to use. She has over 10 years agency & product design experience and believes that designing is a craft. In addition to her day job she mentors new designers at Try Design Labs & the next generation of tech Businesses at Start Up Bootcamp.
