Make Meaning Work - Creating Great Product Team Cultures for Better Outcomes

Are you a UX team leader, Product Manager, or Dev Lead? This interactive workshop is for both team leaders and individual contributors. You will learn practical tools you can use to create and sustain a meaningful and productive team environment. The core tenets of the “Make Meaningful Work” approach are:
• Recognising reflection versus transactional modes at work
• Allocating time for self and team reflection
• Using real-world project stories to identify actions and attitudes that foster a healthy work culture
• Creating a plan to ingrain those actions and attitudes in the organisation
• Recording the learnings in a journal that you can continue to use after the workshop
• Measuring the impact of your new actions and attitudes
• Creating a visual canvas of vision, values, drivers and practical outcomes that contribute to healthy cultures
