Can you see my screen? How Zendesk Design sparks joy and collaborates remotely

Details
Hello hello design peeps!
This month LTUX Melbourne has teamed up with the wonderful creatives at Zendesk to deliver a workshop designed to level up your remote facilitation and collaboration techniques. Plus it's fun and interactive!
During the session Fiona and Anna will be working through example scenarios and walk you through a collection of templates and frameworks used daily by the Zendesk Creative team to connect with their colleagues.
Attendees will learn about stakeholder identification, diverge-then-converge thinking, as well as how to ensure the outcomes are actionable.
The session will be run with remote whiteboarding tools, which have now become the mainstay of many remote work setups - BYO Miro logins if you have them.
Attendees will leave the workshop with stronger confidence in their abilities to lead as a remote designer or researcher.

Fionna Yao - Senior Product Designer at Zendesk Melbourne
Fionna uses curiosity, empathy, and creative problem-solving to create great chatbot and automation experiences at Zendesk. With a background in both digital agency and SaaS product design, she’s happiest when helping the team bridge those gaps at the intersection between design and development phase. Outside of work, Fionna loves bingsoo (yes, even during winter), yoga and glamping with her 3-year-old.
Anna Lee Anda - User Experience (UX) Research Manager at Zendesk Singapore
Anna has 11 years of experience working as a user researcher in both the technology and financial industries. Anna is passionate about educating designers and product development teams about the benefits of research and taking a pragmatic approach to delivering successful results. Her specialities include international research, experimental research methods, growing research as a function and research processes for scaling research.
This event is proudly sponsored by Zendesk.
Zendesk was built upon a simple idea: make customer service software that’s easy to use and accessible to everyone. They have expanded on that idea, and now offer a growing family of products that work together to improve customer relationships, and can be embedded and extended through an open development platform.
Their products are easy to use and implement. They give organisations the flexibility to move quickly, focus on innovation, and scale with their growth.
The best customer experiences are built with Zendesk.
