About our Speaker
Courtney is the CEO of Dear Fellow, a Creative studio made up of seven women who provide bespoke branding and websites for clients such as Peloton, Team USA (2024 Paris Olympics), Aavrani (Recently sold out in Sephora), and Ashley Graham (Met Gala Host). Courtney's previous roles include Head of Design at AB-InBev's ZX Ventures and Asst. Adjunct Professor at Tyler School of Art and Architecture at Temple University. These roles have given her confidence in skills such as design strategy, design systems, and education.

We'll wrap up the session with best practices directly from hiring managers, like writing unique introductions that stand out from chat GPT, optimizing your LinkedIn, and (my personal favorite) sending written thank you notes.
