With over a decade of leadership in ResearchOps, Kate is the inventor of the acronym PWDR (pau·duh) for “people who do research,” founder of the ResearchOps Community, and creator of the #WhatisResearchOps movement. She also built and led the renowned ResearchOps team at Atlassian, setting a gold standard for scaling research services in tech.

Today, Kate runs the Cha Cha Club, a members’ club exclusively for ResearchOps professionals, and continues to inspire others as an advisor, educator, and author.
