Joie Chung is an accomplished product design leader based in Austin, TX. With nearly two decades in the design industry, she has gained a deep understanding of what makes great products and how strategic design drives business growth. She has led high-performing teams in both agency and in-house settings, bringing empathy, creativity, and adaptability to her leadership. As Senior Director of Product Design at Realtor.com, Joie leads the user experience for consumer web and mobile apps, designing tools to help people find their next home and navigate the buying, renting, and selling process. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her hiking on the trails with her pup.

Juhi Sodani is a seasoned UX and design leader with extensive experience in shaping digital experiences for B2B enterprise and security/observability products. As the Head of UX & Design at Protect AI, she leads design strategy, user research, and product development, ensuring seamless user experiences across the web platform. Previously, she held key roles at Elastic, Oracle (via DataScience Inc.), and Welcome, where she spearheaded UX roadmaps, built design systems, and optimized product interfaces for global audiences.
