As an early-career designer, she earned 30+ interview opportunities and multiple mid-level offers in a challenging job market. She’s passionate about emerging AI UX patterns, mentoring early-career designers, and helping others grow resilience through complexity.

Wuke Zhou, Senior Product Designer, Okta
As a Senior Product Designer at Okta, Wuke (she/her) specializes in complex B2B enterprise solutions and Design Systems. She has navigated the job market's ups and downs, experiencing many of the same challenges today's applicants face—from unclear career direction to the frustration of a tough market. Passionate about mentoring, Wuke is dedicated to helping early to mid-career designers build their confidence and find their footing. She is excited to share her journey and the practical interview strategies that helped her land her role.

Ardhra Sivasankaran, Content Designer, Microsoft Security
Ardhra is a Content Designer (UX) at Microsoft Security, where her passion for supporting people joins hands with her love for languages and product experience.

She started out in Mechatronics Engineering but found her way into Communications for Tech and then to Product, building experience across tiny, midsize, and large organizations. She pursued a Master's in Communication and Digital Media at the University of Washington (Seattle) to explore storytelling, marketing, and strategy.
